That’s what describes me in short!

👉I’m a seasoned Agile professional with over 20 years of experience in various management positions in both the energy and telecom industry. The last 5 years I focused on change management within various international companies.
In this independent role I like to facilitate organizations and especially the people working within them by offering (different) ways of working together and linking this to achieving results.

✍ What I see, read and experience in these change projects causes an irrepressible itch to write about my views, lessons learned and the situations I encounter. Via Medium I have written about 75 articles by now, most of them on the value of (seriously) applying Scrum and Agile practices, often at the interface between leadership and teams.

🌍I love to make fun and am always looking for adventure and new opportunities, small or big. I am genuinely interested in the people I meet and articles I read on my never ending trip of continuous improvement. I approach everyone I meet on this journey in person or via commenting on their articles with enthusiasm and willingnes to learn from eachother.
